I originally ordered 2 bottles of BBQ sauce. Your shipment was a little slow but it finally showed up in my mailbox. The problem was both bottles were broken. I sent you an email about it and you immediately offered to replace them. You shipped the replacement the next day, which I liked. When I got the second shipment, the packing slip read 2 bottles of BBQ-sauce. But the box contained 2 bottles of beef rub. Since they cost about the same, I choose to drop the matter and buy my sauce someplace else.
