Shipping Policy

Free shipping on order over $50

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.

All orders below $50 include a flat-rate $7.95 shipping charge.

Our estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipments within the continental United States.

Do you offer next day shipping?

We offer UPS Next Day Air Saver with the cost automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. 

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada?

We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.  

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notificaiton from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your shipping notification email, or your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact info@smokedbbqsource.com with your name and order number. 

 

Can I return my order and get a refund? 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, contact us within 45 days at info@smokedbbqsource.com and we will happily help you
